We offer quarter, half, and whole beef shares. You can choose the size that works best for your family and freezer space.
To order:
Choose your beef share (quarter, half, or whole).
Submit a non-refundable deposit to reserve your share.
You’ll receive a custom cut sheet to choose how your beef is processed.
Once we receive your cut sheet, the butcher takes it from there!
Yes! We’ll send you a cut sheet after your deposit clears and the cow is sent to the butcher. You’ll choose how your beef is cut and packaged (like steaks, roasts, or ground beef). If you don't submit your custom cut sheet on time the butcher will do a standard cut on the order.
A local, trusted butcher processes all beef shares. You can choose between vacuum-sealed or paper-wrapped packaging, based on your preference.
Shares from the same animal are processed fairly. Even with custom orders, we work to ensure that everyone gets a balanced mix of cuts.
No. The deposit is non-refundable, as it helps cover the cost of raising and preparing the animal.
Yes! Our beef is based on availability, as we raise and feed each animal ourselves. If we're currently sold out, you can place a down payment to reserve a share for the next round. We also keep a waitlist and will notify you when beef is next available.
You’ll be notified locally when your beef is ready for pickup. Make sure to leave your preferred way to reach you (phone, text, or email) so we can let you know when your order is ready! The remaining balance is due at pickup.
No. Pickup only. We’ll coordinate with you when your beef is ready.
Approximate freezer needs:
Quarter beef: 3–4 cu. ft.
Half beef: 6–8 cu. ft.
Whole beef: 12–16 cu. ft.
Make sure you have freezer space ready when your order is available for pickup. We’re unable to hold beef orders, so if you can’t pick up right away, please let us know in advance.
