Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your share.

This deposit holds your place in line and helps us cover the upfront costs of raising and processing your animal.

The remaining balance will be due before or at the time of pickup.
Payment & Invoicing

You will receive a final invoice once your meat has been processed.

Full payment must be received before or at pickup.

We accept Cash, Zelle, or Credit card

All sales are final
Custom Cut Sheets

After your deposit is received, we will send you a cut sheet to choose your preferred meat cuts.

If we do not receive your completed cut sheet by the specified deadline, we will process your share using a standard cut selection to avoid delays.
Pickup Only

All meat is pickup only. We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time.

You will be notified when your order is ready, and we will coordinate a pickup time with you.
Availability

All meat sales are based on seasonal and animal availability. If demand exceeds supply, we will offer to apply your deposit to the next available round.

Animals take time to raise properly — we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with nature’s timeline.
Refunds & Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel your order after submitting a deposit, you forfeit that deposit.

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future order at your discretion.
