Deposit Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your share.

  • This deposit holds your place in line and helps us cover the upfront costs of raising and processing your animal.

  • The remaining balance will be due before or at the time of pickup.

Payment & Invoicing

  • You will receive a final invoice once your meat has been processed.

  • Full payment must be received before or at pickup.

  • We accept Cash, Zelle, or Credit card

  • All sales are final

Custom Cut Sheets

  • After your deposit is received, we will send you a cut sheet to choose your preferred meat cuts.

  • If we do not receive your completed cut sheet by the specified deadline, we will process your share using a standard cut selection to avoid delays.

Pickup Only

  • All meat is pickup only. We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time.

  • You will be notified when your order is ready, and we will coordinate a pickup time with you.

Availability

  • All meat sales are based on seasonal and animal availability. If demand exceeds supply, we will offer to apply your deposit to the next available round.

  • Animals take time to raise properly — we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with nature’s timeline.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel your order after submitting a deposit, you forfeit that deposit.

  • If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future order at your discretion.
